The video was shared on Instagram by a food blogger who goes by the handle @dilsefoodie. It begins with the vendor grabbing a slice of white bread and stuffing it generously with aloo masala. Then, he adds a giant slab of paneer on top, creating an irresistible combination. To seal the deal, he places another aloo masala-loaded bread slice on top and locks both the breads. After that, he dips this scrumptious creation into a flavourful gram flour batter, ensuring every inch is coated to perfection. Next, it's deep-fried in oil until golden brown. Once fully cooked, he takes it out and cuts it into two pieces, each weighing around a whopping 250 grams. This heavy pakoda comes at a light price of just Rs 55. Take a look at the video below:
